Summer School - Credit Recovery Request Form (Link will “GO LIVE” 3/24)

https://forms.gle/3bgvyjFajcpNEPoZ8

***You will need to be logged in to your NLMUSD student email in order to complete form***

Please use the form link above to request a course you may have failed or received a 'D' grade in. If requested courses are closed or canceled, you may be assigned to one or both of your alternatives.

Summer school will be broken into two sessions and if available, you may complete one semester long course each session. A first semester course is denoted with an 'A' and a second semester course is denoted with a 'B'. Please choose carefully as you do not want to retake a course you may have already passed. Choice of class session is not an option and will be based upon availability.

Session #1 - June 8th - June 24th (June 20th will be a holiday)

Session #2 - June 27th - July 13th (July 4th will be a holiday)

*Summer School will be in person on campus at La Mirada High

Class availability may be based upon this form's submission date and time. Priority may also be given to students who need to remediate a failing grade over remediating a grade of a 'D'.

***PRIORITY DEADLINE to apply for Summer School is Thursday April 7th. Any request made on, or after, April 8th will be placed on a waitlist. ***
